Selectmen reviewed an E-Mail from Conway office products.

Selectmen reviewed process for the town receiving gifts in a way that allows the gift to be tax exempt.

Selectmen signed the DES Ground Water Management Permit for the Fire Station property.

Selectmen filled out a timber tax assessment worksheet for Map & Lot 405-38.

Selectmen reviewed tax exemption for donations to Towns – reviewed sample letter.

Selectmen reviewed lease estimate for binder equipment, will research options.

Selectmen reviewed and signed November bank reconciliation for Money Market and December reconciliation for Investment account.

Reviewed ambulance billing report for November.

Discussed having Planet Aid bins at the Transfer Station.
