Selecmen declared a quorum

Signed check manifest  in the amount of $8,058.77 for 4 September 2012.

Deb and Mike Monte and Robert Georgianne came in to review a logging operation on a class 6 road and the regulations

Selectmen reviewed and signed minutes selectmen’s meeting from 8/7/12

Selectmen received a extension on filing The MS 1 form [waiting for DRA to assign utilitiy assessments]

Selectmen signed an intent to excavate for M&L 405/94

Selectmen reviewed and signed a request  from the DRA to access our Tax maps from Cartographics

Selectmen signed an extension for an Intent to deed property.

Selectmen reviewed inspection certificates for town owned pressure vessels

Master Plan committee will be at the Transfer station looking for input from residents for the revised Master Plan.

Tony Davis came in discuss building an open storage shed to keep our equipment under cover

Selectmen reviewed letter from Patricia Baker regarding possible changes to our Zoning ordinances.

September 17, 2012

Joanne Thomas came in and reviewed progress of the Master Plan and distributed a questionnaire    

Tim Fountain provided a demonstration by Cartographics of online data available and costs for various options.

Signed check manifest in the amount of $5,331.30 for 17 September 2012.

Selectmen reviewed and signed minutes from meeting of 10 September 2012.

Tony came in to update the Board the following projects

      -The Highway crew has installed two dry fire hydrants funded through a Grant.

      -Discussed construction of the new pole barn at the Highway dept.

Selectmen reviewed the 2012 MS-4 [Estimated revenues for 2012] to be filed with the DRA.

Selectmen reviewed and approved The MS-1 form to be filed with the DRA

Selectmen reviewed email from NHRS ref 2013 Employer Contribution Rates.

Selectmen reviewed and signed August bank reconciliation.

File with Map and Lot NHDES Wetlands Permit for Map 402 Lot 030.

NHAAO – Election Ballot.

Selectmen reviewed FEMA Flood Map Update.

Alan Plumb came in to file a complaint regarding the police department message. Has been relayed to the police department.

7:00pm Meeting with Ed Dalenta ref Citizens Corp.

-Introduction as new head of the Citizens Corp

-Ed's research has indicated one challenge is keeping up interest due to the few events that require additional assistance

-Identify the types of events that require additional assistance

Jen Brown came in concerned for conditions at a residence on Mack Hill Road. Ken Avery supplied an update.

Linda Fuerderer came in to file an intent to cut timber and file a copy of a permit from the DES to excavate within the set back of the Shore land protection act.

Selectmen reviewed and signed minutes from meeting of 17 September 2012.

Selectmen reviewed and filed NHDHHS Health Alert.

Budget Committee meeting to meet Friday 5 October at 5pm.

See letter dated September 17 from Southwestern Community Services.

Selectmen signed Petition and Pole License for 3 new poles on Marlow Hill Road.

Selectmen reviewed Monadnock Security Monitoring agreements, selectmen to request up dated agreements.

Selectmen reviewed Police Log.

Selectmen processed a report of cut for M&L 203/28.
