Sign check manifest in the amount of $69,745.72  for the week of 4 June 2012.

Selectmen processed Intent to Cut for Map 406 Lot 004.

Selectmen reviewed email dated May 30 from Lisa Murphy ref Hazard Mitigation planning following last week's storm.

Selectmen reviewed email from Stephanie Tickner ref info for community website, town to provide department contact info and hours of operation.  

Selectmen signed Timber Tax Warrant M&L 403-004.

Selectmen signed letter to Tim Symonds.

Selectmen discussed of Peddlers & Hawkers ordinances.

Selectmen signed transfer of $25,000 from savings to checking.

Review and sign minutes from meeting of 4 June 2012.

Donna Parker came in to discuss their driveway issues with the recent storm  

Tony Davis and Jacqui Fay to update Board on grant application for Marlow Hill Road. Selectmen authorized M&W Soils to document test pits that our Highway crew will dig to gain the required documentation for the Grant and assist in the reconstruction design of the road.

Selectmen review and sign NHEC Pole Location Plan.

Selectmen signed letter dated 6 June ref PA_28 electing to use Inventory forms.

Ed Dalenta has volunteered to get the Citizen Corps up and running again.

Selectmen reviewed a Copy of Emergency Action Plan for Ashuelot Pond dam. Copy on file with town EMD and Fire dept.

Selectmen reviewed filed Approval for Operation Map 402 Lot 032.

Hazard Mitigation meeting – Friday June 15 at 6:00pm.

Selectmen reviewed and signed a request change order to ECS Marin for work being completed at Marlow Fire Station.

Selectmen reviewed email dated June 11 from Jeff Tassi ref Ambulance Billing.

Review proposed website layout.

Selectmen reviewed and signed minutes from meeting of 11 June 2012.

Selectmen reviewed update on Website design, next step department input.

Selectmen signed Intent to Cut for Map 405 Lot 094.

Selectmen reviewed and signed Bank Reconciliations.

Review Property & Liability values.

Selectmen discussed upcoming AFG Grant opportunities.

Ambulance Billing discussed, need more info from Comstar.

Selectmen reviewed Applicant briefing meeting 6/27 for Major Disaster Declaration.

Transfer Station will be closed on 4th July. Notices will be posted.

Selectmen to meet with people who have offered to assist at 7:30 next Monday Master Plan update.
